Nemesis is a lot more than your typical tale of cops and robbers.

Family is at the center of this stylish thriller, created by Power series creator Courtney A. Kemp and Tani Marole. Isaiah Stiles is a brilliant LAPD detective who puts everything on the line to chase the expert criminal Coltrane Wilder. Both men are driven by their own responsibilities and devotion to their craft. But Nemesis is so expertly crafted it will leave viewers divided on where their own loyalties lie as the series hurtles towards its shocking series finale.

“What starts as a series that aims to subvert the heist genre at every turn, amped with thrilling life-or-death stakes, family dynamics and explosive action, actually gives birth to an exploration of what drives us, sustains us, and ultimately destroys us,” reads the official Netflix synopsis.

The Nemesis cast is led by actors Matthew Law and Y’lan Noel who both strongly command the screen, making every second of the series count. They’re backed by a compelling cast of both new and familiar faces who help carry the show to a satisfying payoff in the finale, after eight action-packed episodes.
