Actress Malin Akerman is parting ways with the stylish Los Angeles retreat she shares with her husband, actor Jack Donnelly. 

The Spanish-style Mediterranean residence, built in 1940, is listed for $2.99 million, offering buyers a rare combination in the hills: outdoor space, city views and turnkey interiors.

There are four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the main house, and, befitting a family of creatives, a studio above the detached garage that could be used for writing, painting or recording music. 

Overall, the four-bathroom property sits on a quiet street in the Los Feliz Oaks enclave, a pocket of the Hollywood Hills known for its celebrity pedigree and winding roads lined with architectural gems. But unlike many hillside homes where outdoor areas are limited to steep terraces, this one boasts a sprawling, flat courtyard that listing agent Lori Levine Harris, of the Brock and Lori Real Estate Team at Keller Williams Realty Los Feliz, said is the home’s defining feature.

“What’s really special about it, especially for the area, is it has a flat courtyard and beautiful views,” Harris told The Post. “The courtyard is really the belle of the ball with this home, frankly. It is stunning.”

From the street, the property appears understated and private, concealed behind gates and lush landscaping. Akerman, of “The Hunting Wives” who purchased the home several years ago, significantly transformed the outdoor space during her ownership. Harris noted that the pool area did not exist in its current form before the actress revamped the property.

“Malin is just all personality,” said Harris, “so the home is really reflective of her. It’s cozy and really fun.”

Among the more recent renovations is a newly completed primary suite set on the home’s lower level, giving it a sense of true privacy. The space features vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a spa-style bathroom clad in glossy green Zia tile, anchored by a soaking tub positioned beneath a picture window with views of the hills.
