Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean was blushing when a fan asked him if it’s a conflict of interest that he’s in a relationship with Abby Summers, a cheerleader for the Dallas Cowboys.

During Thursday’s installment of the “Exciting Mics” podcast, DeJean pulled back the curtain on their relationship and shared how they met after the pair hard launched at the Kentucky Derby last month.

“That seems like it could be messy,” the fan added, referring to the Eagles-Cowboys bitter NFC East rivalry.

“I dont really think it’s a conflict of interest,” DeJean said. “I mean, it’s not like we both play football. We don’t play football. She’s a cheerleader. There is going to be no insider information given either way.”

Texans safety Reed Blankenship, his former Eagles teammate and co-host of the podcast, was entertained.

“This is juicy,” he said.

DeJean couldn’t contain his laughter when the fan began by asking how he and Summers met.

“We had known about each other for some time,” he said. “Then we happened to be both in Florida at the same time during the national championship game. She was down there and I was down there and then I met her there.

“I believe the next weekend was the Super Bowl and she was out there also — and we had hung out there a couple times and after that we kept seeing each other and hanging out.”

Summers continued to post DeJean on her social media after their big Kentucky Derby reveal at Churchill Downs.

They attended the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Naval Base Coronado together on Saturday, as seen in another TikTok video.

DeJean was recently linked to WWE superstar Nikki Bella.
