President Trump brushed off Iran’s attack Thursday on three US Navy ships as the White House clung to what’s left of an increasingly challenged cease-fire and burgeoning framework for peace talks.

“Three World Class American Destroyers just transited, very successfully, out of the Strait of Hormuz, under fire,” he posted to Truth Social. “There was no damage done to the three Destroyers.”
