More sordid details have come to light in the post-divorce prenuptial agreement drama for former Yankees pitcher Carl Pavano and his ex-wife, including that he allegedly urinated in her shampoo bottles and “intentionally soiled the bed” in which she slept.

Alissa Pavano has requested a Connecticut court of appeals void a prenup the couple signed in Florida, which she alleges she was forced to sign under threat that he would leave her, according to a court briefing viewed by The Post last week.

But an affidavit, first reported by CT Insider this week, reveals more allegations Alissa has levied against Carl. She claims the former hurler, about 20 minutes after being served divorce papers in 2024, sent a message in a group chat with Alissa and their children “that showed multiple firearms laid out on the kitchen table” at the family’s home in Fairfield, Conn., captioned, “hold the fort.”

Alissa, who has over 20,000 followers as an Instagram influencer, reportedly alleges Carl urinated in shampoo bottles inside her private bathroom and “intentionally soiled the bed in which Plaintiff sleeps during her parenting time by having his female sex partners occupy the bed.” Carl also allegedly “removed all clean linens from the house so that Plaintiff is unable to have a hygienically clean and safe bed during her parenting time.”

The Post previously reported that Carl allegedly “planted drugs” in Alissa’s belongings in an effort to get the couple’s three kids taken away from her, planted a hidden camera inside her bedroom and called her both a “loser” and “white trash.”

Last week, CT Insider reported that police had been called nine times since 2024 to the former couple’s house that they still share.

In court documents viewed by The Post, Alissa alleges Carl “demanded” she sign the prenup and exhibited “intense” and “controlling” behavior. Carl also purportedly insisted Alissa give up “her residence, potential employment and all financial independence.” Alissa claims she had to walk on “eggshells” around the pitcher.

State Superior Court Judge Thomas O’Neill originally ruled the prenup valid but gave Alissa a one-time payout of $300,000. The judge also ruled that Carl must buy Alissa a home of up to $1 million, plus $50,000 worth of jewelry and a new car. CT Insider also reports that the two are supposed to share custody of their kids, but Alissa has requested a restraining order against Carl when she is in charge of them at the home.

The two met in 2005 in Florida, but nine months later, Alissa learned Carl was allegedly dating another woman. Alissa did not want to be in his “rotation,” and cut off communication, per the court briefing. The two reconnected in 2007 and married in 2011.

Carl signed a four-year, $39.5 million contract with the Yankees before the 2005 season in hopes of bolstering their rotation. He made just 26 starts over three seasons with a 5.00 ERA and earned the moniker “American Idle” from The Post’s George King for his inability to stay on the field.

He pitched four more seasons — 109 starts — after leaving the Yankees.

Carl and his legal team have a deadline of Friday to respond to Alissa’s request over the prenup. On the same day, the two are slated to appear in court for a hearing over other parts of their ongoing divorce proceedings.
