The footage was captured by Rayan Tabibian, who works for a real estate and construction development company working at the site.

“It’s happened to me before during the 2024 election. Someone stole my Trump signs,” he told The California Post.

Tabibian, who said he did not report the most recent theft to police, framed the repeated incidents as more than just petty theft.

“People don’t understand our Constitution and our First Amendment, which allows freedom of speech and the right to protest,” he said. “Since they aren’t familiar with America’s First Amendment, they are either uneducated or here illegally.”

Tabibian also emphasized the financial impact behind the removals.

“Each sign is $20 and goes directly to Spencer’s campaign. So essentially, they are stealing campaign money, which is a crime,” he said.

The incident occurred after an unknown woman was caught on camera tearing a Pratt sign from a yard in nearby Studio City, prompting online sleuths to try to track her down.

For his part, Tabibian remained firmly supportive of Prat amid the crime spree.

“Los Angeles has the highest crime and drug addict/homeless problems than it’s ever had before. I also don’t think LA can survive another fire. We need someone competent and determined to fix the problems like Spencer Pratt,” he said.
