Let’s run it back because Running Point Season 2 is almost upon us!
Just a little over a year since we first met Isla Gordon (Kate Hudson) and her band of brothers — both the literal kind and the metaphorical ones — the Netflix show from Mindy Kaling, David Stassen, and Ike Barinholtz is back and ready to provide more laughs. Oh, and after that crazy ending to Season 1, we know that there is certainly going to be more drama, too.
Since Isla sadly did not accomplish her goal of leading the Los Angeles Waves to a conference championship at the end of Season 1, it’s only right that Season 2 will see her doubling down on trying to get the Waves a trophy. It could be an uphill battle for multiple reasons, though, seeing as her older brother, Cam (Justin Theroux), seems determined to throw a wrench in her plans. Is he going to try and take back his position as President of the Waves and boot Isla from the job she is clearly qualified to do? Or is he going to fall in line and help do what it takes to bring the City of Angels another championship — not likely!
That said, we’re just about to find out how things shake out so let’s get right into it. Here’s everything you need to know in order to watch Running Point Season 2 when it releases on Netflix…

What Happened At the End of Running Point Season 1?

Additionally, Season 1 left off with Isla and Jay (Jay Ellis) kissing just before his move to Boston, which she left him out of his contract early for.
