A beautiful day in the trailer park.
Tom Hanks’ son Chet Hanks has been living in an RV since ditching Hollywood for a county music career in Nashville.
The 35-year-old explained to “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” viewers last week that he “didn’t want to get an apartment” when he moved to Tennessee because he had “just … furnished” a Los Angeles condo.
“I didn’t want to do that again,” the singer said during the April 29 interview, noting that the rental homes he stayed in at first got “really old” really quickly.
He, instead, got set up in an RV, which has “everything [he] need[s].”
Chet explained, “I just like having my own space. I got my kitchen. I got a walk-in shower — that’s a big deal in trailers.”

He clarified that the trailer park he resides in is far from “sketchy,” including primarily “retirees.”
“I’m probably the youngest person in the trailer park by 30 or 40 years,” Chet quipped, dubbing his neighbors “good people.”
This is a developing story…
