“The Voice” alum Dylan Carter beamed in his final Instagram post, which was shared weeks before he died in a car accident.

On April 7, the musician shared a carousel of images of himself performing on a flatbed trailer at the Palmetto Mudway in South Carolina.

“Suns out foreheads out☀️ I’ll take a flat bed trailer over a big stage any day💯 📸,” he captioned the post.

As Page Six previously reported, Carter died in a car accident in Colleton County, South Carolina, on Saturday. He was 24.

The guitarist — who was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash — passed away from the blunt force injuries he sustained from the accident, TMZ reported.

Carter’s death has been ruled accidental by the Colleton County coroner.

The outlet reported that Carter was driving a 2026 Tesla sedan when it veered off the road and struck a pole and a fence.

He later died in the hospital due to his injuries.

In a heartbreaking statement shared via Facebook Sunday, Carter’s family confirmed his death.

“Our family is heartbroken to hear about the passing of Dylan Carter in a car accident,” they wrote.

“As a gifted singer, he frequently entertained our community with his performances at Town events. His kindness and charm earned him immense respect, and his absence will be deeply felt,” the family added.

“To the loved ones and acquaintances of Dylan, we offer our sincerest condolences during this difficult period. The Town of Moncks Corner, its Council, and entire staff extend their deepest sympathies.”

Carter’s family concluded the post by saying that the late singer “was much more to our family than an entertainer, he was our friend.”

In 2023, the realtor impressed “The Voice” Season 24 judges with his rendition of Whitney Houston’s 2009 hit “I Look to You,” which he dedicated to his late mother, who died the year prior.

All four judges turned their chairs for Carter, who ultimately chose Reba McEntire to be his coach.

“We will miss Dylan so much,” the country singer, 71, penned via Instagram. “He was a brilliant, kind and talented young man who brought a huge ray of sunshine to The Voice. Rest in peace, my dear friend.”
