On April 2, ABC’s hit first responder dramas delivered eventful episodes that kicked off agonizing month-long hiatuses. 9-1-1 Season 9, Episode 16, “Where There’s Smoke,” saw the team come together to rescue a group of migrants. Meanwhile, Detective Ben Hooks (Josh Stamberg) came back on scene and gave viewers reason to be suspicious. And in addition to welcoming Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG Kyle Richards, 9-1-1: Nashville Episode 16, “Love To Death,” finally saw Cammie (Kimberly Williams-Paisley) and Agent Nick Turner (Coby Bell) decide to go on a date. The official synopsis for 9-1-1 Season 9, Episode 17, “I Got You Babe” is as follows: “Buck is faced with his past after an electrical emergency call. Meanwhile, Maddie learns to navigate her working relationships now that she has become a supervisor.” And here’s what 9-1-1: Nashville Episode 17, “Saboteur,” has in store: “Elena and Roxie go on an awkward date. Meanwhile, Dixie drops a diss track about Blythe, sparking tension that leads to a huge fight between Blythe and Don.”

On Thursday, April 30, 9-1-1 Season 9, Episode 17 premieres on ABC from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m. ET followed by 9-1-1: Nashville Episode 17 from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET.
Both 9-1-1 Season 9 and 9-1-1: Nashville‘s debut season consist of 18 episodes. So after Episode 17 airs, each show will have one episode remaining.
After both 9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Nashville air new episodes on Thursday, April 30, their season finales will air the following week on Thursday, May 7.
You bet! The 9-1-1-verse is still going strong. On March 5, ABC renewed both 9-1-1 series. So although the current seasons are ending, rest easy knowing we haven’t seen the last of the 118 or the 113.
