Yes, and?

Ethan Slater was all smiles making his first public appearance after his and Ariana Grande’s breakup news made headlines.

The actor, 34, walked the red carpet solo at Shakespeare in the Park’s “Romeo & Juliet” at Central Park’s Delacorte Theater in New York City on Thursday.

He cut a casual figure in black pants, a white T-shirt and matching sneakers.

The outing came three days after Page Six confirmed he and his “Wicked” co-star, 32, have been over for months.

“Ariana and Ethan broke up several months ago but they’ve remained friends since then and have nothing but respect and admiration for one another,” a source told us Monday. “This wasn’t a decision they took lightly but realized they were better off friends than in a committed relationship.”

The insider noted, “Ariana is feeling really happy and focused on the next chapter with her ‘Eternal Sunshine’ tour and the upcoming release of her album ‘Petal.'”

Slater’s absence from Grande’s tour, notably, was a major factor fueling recent breakup speculation.

Additionally, the duo did not pose together during the “Wicked: For Good” press tour late last year — and the Broadway star sidestepped a question about their romance on the “Today” show.

While Slater included a photo of Grande in his “very merry” holiday roundup via Instagram in December 2025, the pair have not been seen together since.

Slater did, however, subtly show support for his ex on social media earlier this week by “liking” her performance pictures.

Slater and Grande were married to Lilly Jay and Dalton Gomez, respectively, when they met in 2022 to work on the “Wicked” movies.

By July 2023, Grande and Gomez had separated — and Slater had filed to divorce Jay, with whom he shares a young son.

Jay later slammed Grande in an exclusive statement to Page Six as “not a girl’s girl.”

The “Victorious” alum defended herself in her “Yes, And?” single the following year, asking listeners,” Why do you care so much whose d–k I ride?”
