Ed Kelce gushed about how “super excited” he is for his son Travis Kelce’s wedding to Taylor Swift in a new interview.

“She is a sweetheart that is truly the girl next door,” the 74-year-old told Fox 29 Philadelphia on Wednesday.

He went on to say the Grammy winner, 36, is “just like” his eldest son Jason Kelce’s wife of eight years, Kylie Kelce.

Jason, 38, and Kylie, 34, tied the knot in Philadelphia in April 2018.

Swift and Travis, for their part, are set to wed in New York City over the July 3 weekend after nearly three years together.

We hear the nuptials will take place at the Big Apple’s iconic Madison Square Garden arena.

The star-studded ceremony will require street closures around MSG, according to the permit filed by Winick Productions.

A source told The Post that trucks will most likely use 33rd St. to load and unload.

Additionally, another insider told Page Six some of Travis’ teammates have made reservations at the Marriott Marquis in Midtown around the wedding date.

The couple got engaged in August 2025, with Kelce getting down on one knee after his partner made her podcast debut on his and Jason’s “New Heights” show.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” the bride-to-be told her Instagram followers post-engagement.

Her and Travis’ family members have primarily remained tight-lipped about the high-profile wedding.

Kylie even ranted that people needed to “quit asking” her about her brother-in-law walking down the aisle.

“Nobody’s f–king telling you anything,” the “Not Gonna Lie” host told podcast listeners in April.

When she was grilled on the topic by Savannah Guthrie during a January “Today” show appearance, Kylie simply said she was “excited to celebrate.”
