Knicks fans thwarted the Philadelphia 76ers’ evil plot to block them from Game 4 of the play-offs at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philly on Sunday — packing the site to watch their beloved team cruise to victory.

“It’s terrible,” admitted Sixers fan Tiffany Fenstermaker of Allentown, Pa., to The Post during halftime at the arena.

“The whole stadium is Knicks fans!”

A security guard at the stadium estimated that the crowd was “about 90 percent” for the Knicks.

“All you can see is blue and orange,” he said.

The overwhelming New York representation occurred after Sixers’ star Joel Embiid last week urged Philadelphia-area ticket-holders not to sell to New York fans.

Despite the loser Philly team even restricting sales to those living in the “Greater Philadelphia area,” Knicks loyalists took over the arena — packing into shuttle buses to flood the away game.

The security guard said he didn’t blame Sixers fans for selling their tickets to New York diehards because it’s a “blow-out” business decision.

Knicks fan Gilberto Santiago of East Harlem said he was thrilled when he bought his resale ticket for a fraction of what he would have paid to see his team at Madison Square Garden.

Sixers fan Tyheem told The Post that the overwhelming New York turnout was nothing short of a “travesty” for his hometown cohort.

“I hate it,” he said, as his Philly team was down 30 points at half-time. “This damn score … I don’t even want to see the game, bro.”

Some Philly fans opted to exit the arena early.

“I’m not going to have him sit there,” a dad said, gesturing towards his young son.

“It’s all Knicks fans. They scooped up all the tickets.”

Knicks fan Jimmy Middleton proclaimed outside the arena — where his team clobbered the Sixers 144 to 114, clinching a spot in the East Conference finals — “We’ve taken over!”

Others screamed “Welcome to New York South!”

Harlem resident Chris Washington, 46, said “New Yorkers are everywhere.

“I was going to support my Knicks regardless of anything the Sixers did,’’ he said.

“It’s a beautiful sight,” he added, pointing to the sea of blue and orange.

Some residents of the City of Brotherly Love turned a cold cheek to the fans from New York — where businesses largely erased “Philly” from their cheesesteak menus from Manhattan to Long Island last week.

“New York sucks, f–k it. It’s a cesspool of haters,” said Florence Clark, a head cashier at Geno’s Steaks, where Sixers fans were munching on cheesesteaks ahead of the game.

Sixers fan Matthew Meehan, 21, of Westchester, Pa., downed a cheesesteak at Pat’s King of Steaks while seething, “Anyone with a brain is not ordering cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia.

“I wouldn’t touch any cheesesteak outside of Philadelphia unless they import the bread,’’ he sniffed.

Some New York fans admitted they weren’t even planning on attending the game before Embiid’s taunt — but then snatched up tickets on the secondary market.

“When someone tells you can’t do something, it makes you want to do it,” said 30-year-old Knicks fan Kabobs of Springfield, Va.

“When Embiid said he doesn’t want Philly residents to sell tickets, that was more reason for me to get a ticket.”
