Emily Blunt‘s visit to Live with Kelly and Mark featured some pillow talk—and by pillow talk, we mean talk about pillows.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 star stopped by Live on Tuesday, where Mark Consuelos teased “the amount of apparat[uses]” that he and Kelly Ripa require to sleep at their age. Blunt could relate, telling the co-hosts that she “travel[s] with a sack of sleep aides” wherever she goes, including a “white noise machine.”

“Sometimes I do earplugs and a white noise machine, which is very strange,” she revealed. And a massive sleep mask that encompasses my entire head, and my own pillow. I’m like a vampire,” she revealed.

Consuelos shared that “every other night,” he’s started using “one of those long body pillows” in bed, prompting Blunt to pose an important question for Ripa.

“Where do you go?” she asked Ripa.

Ripa assured the Oppenheimer star, “No, I’m there.”

Blunt replied, “Oh, you’re the body pillow.”

However, Ripa clarified that Consuelos’ body pillow “can cool him down at night,” as she explained that her husband and co-host is “a furnace” while she is “freezing” in bed. Blunt then introduced Consuelos and Ripa to a term she uses to describe frigid bedroom temps.

“Do you have the room Baltic-ly cold?” she asked, which Ripa confirmed.

Consuelos echoed, “Baltic-ly cold. I’m going to steal that! That is so good.”

Blunt said, “I sleep Baltic.”

Ripa teased that she “live[s] in Iceland,” but she “can heat up” her side of the bed to her liking. While Blunt complimented their “ideal” arrangement, Ripa joked that “when the years called for it,” the ability to change the bed temperature would have been “an amazing form of birth control.”

“I could have just turned up my side of the bed, and he would’ve been like, ‘No!'” Ripa quipped.

Consuelos teased, “Lava! Hot lava! Hot lava!”
