Ryan Seacrest sparked fresh health concerns following his appearance at a charity event this past weekend.

The “Wheel of Fortune” host, 51, worried some fans after taking to Instagram to share a series of snaps from this year’s Taste for a Cure fundraiser in Los Angeles on May 1.

“Honored to have hosted for the third time at last night’s Taste for a Cure Event benefiting life-sustaining research at [UCLA Jonsson Cancer Center],” he wrote alongside six photos from the gala, including two with CBS president George Cheeks.

The longtime “American Idol” host’s followers rushed to the comments section of his post to share their thoughts about Seacrest’s look.

“Ryan, your fans are worried about your appearance,” one person wrote. “You have lost your spark with the extensive weight loss.”

“Love you Ryan but please gain some weight back,” added another.

“Looks sickly,” commented a third, while a fourth said that Seacrest looked “scary.”

Other fans rushed to the Emmy winner’s Instagram to gush over his “amazing” and “beautiful” appearance.

“Looking good sir!” one follower wrote.

“You look fabulous as always!” added another.

“Sorry, not sorry … you look yummy & your kindness towards others is beyond sexy!” commented a third.

Meanwhile, a source close to Seacrest told Page Six that he is “doing and looking fantastic” and that “any stories saying otherwise are false.”

“He’s been shooting his various shows in LA and coming up has the live three-hour finale of ‘American Idol’ this coming Monday,” the insider added.

Fans first expressed concerns about Seacrest’s health after he appeared “frail” and “gaunt” in a series of Instagram snaps in July 2025.

The concerns continued earlier this year after fans claimed he looked and sounded different while hosting “Wheel of Fortune.”

“Ryan Seacrest looks like an entirely different human,” one person wrote alongside a clip of Seacrest and Vanna White from January.

“It doesn’t even sound like Ryan never mind not looking like him,” agreed another.

The multihyphenate addressed his slimmer appearance shortly before turning 50 in December 2024.

“I’m doing everything I can to feel like I’m not 50,” he told “Entertainment Tonight” at the time. “Anything I can do to make myself feel 29 again.”

Seacrest added that he was “overexercising, eating better [and] overtraining,” as well as focusing on “lots of muscle recovery, cold plunging and steaming.”

He then turned heads in November 2025 after showing off his “shredded” physique in a workout video.

“The trick is to wear a T-shirt two sizes too small,” Seacrest joked in the caption of the impressive clip.
