Britney Spears acknowledged taking multiple prescription drugs ahead of her DUI arrest, according to the police report obtained by Page Six.
The pop star, 44, was arrested on March 4 after authorities saw her swerving in and out of lanes. The officer stated in the police report that they had asked Spears if she had taken any medications or drugs prior to driving, and she said she had taken 200mg of Lamictal — a prescription drug used as a mood stabilizer for adults with bipolar disorder — as well as 40mg of antidepressant Prozac and 2.5 mg of ADHD medication Adderall.
An officer said that they found a bottle of pills labeled “Adderall” in Spears’ purse that wasn’t prescribed to her.
“He also observed an empty wine glass in the cup holder between the front driver seat and the passenger seat,” the police report stated.
When asked if she had consumed alcohol before driving, Spears — who was handcuffed at around 9:28 p.m. local time — said that she had one mimosa “around 2 p.m.” and shared that the last thing she ate was ice cream at 3 p.m.
The officer wrote that when they asked Spears to rate her current level of intoxication out of a scale of zero to 10, she replied “zero” and boasted about her tolerance level.
“I could probably drink four bottles of wine and take care of you, I’m an angel,” she replied.
The officer observed that Spears had “drastic mood swings” throughout their encounter.
“Her mood changed from confrontational and agitated to flamboyant and compliant,” they stated. “She also appeared to speak with a British accent at times.”

While speaking to the “Toxic” singer, the officer said they “detected the distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath and person,” and that her eyes were “red and watery.”
““Her speech was rapid and slurred, her gait was unsteady, and she was fidgeting with her fingers,” the police report states.
Spears drove “erratically” and and almost “sideswiped” multiple vehicles before she was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
“I’m reporting an erratic driving person,” one caller said in a 911 call exclusively obtained by Page Six Thurssday. “They are driving a BMW.”
The caller added that the BMW could be seen swerving “in and out of lanes” and “erratically slamming on the brakes.”
Spears checked herself into rehab on April 12 for substance abuse, and was out less than a month later.
“She’s doing really well,” an insider told Page Six last month about Spears, post-rehab.
“She’s healthy and happy and feeling very positive and excited to start afresh. Rehab was a great opportunity for her to ground herself.”
