Artificial intelligence is suddenly everywhere, but has it gone too far?

And is it changing our definition of reality right under our noses?

Join host and former covert CIA operative Andrew Bustamante as he looks to answer these and other frightening questions about the revolutionary technology and its impact on the human race, Wednesday on “Conspiracies & Coverups.”

With the help of a range of experts, Andrew will investigate the rise of AI and its ability to influence human thought and behavior, and conduct a real-world persuasion experiment to test whether AI can actually shift beliefs and manipulate opinions.

He’ll also delve into the concept of superintelligence with leading thinkers, examining the alarming prospect of networked AI systems breaking free of human-established confines and evolve beyond our control.

Using a combination of hands-on testing, expert insight, and intelligence tradecraft, Andrew will evaluate the current capabilities of AI — and the future risks, revealing how we may already be careening down a path from which it’s too late to turn back.

Andrew will speak to neuroscientist and neuroethicist Dr. James Giordano; retired Romanian intelligence officer Ana Marie Dibu; artist, AI specialist and professor Christopher Meerdo; human-computer interaction researcher Dr. Steve Rathje; philosopher and AI researcher Nick Bostrom; and The Post’s own Shane Galvin.
