Lil Wayne is reportedly set to tie the knot with a much younger woman.
The 43-year-old rapper (real name: Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) quietly proposed “earlier this year” to a woman from Indiana who is in her 20s, per TMZ.
Page Six has reached out to Wayne’s rep for comment.
This isn’t the first time the “Lollipop” rapper’s love life has made headlines.
Most recently, Lil Wayne’s former on-again, off-again girlfriend Denise Bidot accused the Grammy winner of breaking up with her on Mother’s Day in 2025.
“Breaking up with someone on Mothers [sic] Day is diabolical,” she wrote at the time. “Prayers up though. God always pulls me through. Walking with faith.”

In an accompanying video, the plus-size model also accused the rapper of alleged physical and emotional abuse.
The “6 Foot 7 Foot” emcee previously had a high-profile engagement with model La’Tecia Thomas. They split in 2020 before his romance with Bidot.
He shares son Neal, 16, with former fiancée and “Don’t Mess With My Man” hitmaker Nivea; son Kameron, 16, with the late Nipsey Hussle’s longtime girlfriend Lauren London; and son Dwayne Michael Carter III, 17, with radio host Sarah Vivan — in addition to daughter Reginae, 27, whom he welcomed with ex-wife Toya Johnson.
Johnson and the rapper were briefly married from 2004 to 2006, marking his only marriage thus far.
Back in the early 2000s, Lil Wayne famously dated rapper Trina and was also reportedly linked to Beyoncé’s younger sister, Solange, at one point.
His other high-profile girlfriends include singer Christina Milian, with whom he attended the 2014 ESPY Awards, model Tammy Torres, whom he dated from 2009 to 2010, and social media influencer Dana Lee in 2012.
