One of the late Jeffrey Epstein’s victims testified that she was raped by the sex offender when he was under house arrest in Florida after dodging prison time for prior sex crimes.

The woman, only identified as Roza, detailed the horror as she tearfully testified during a House Oversight Committee hearing for victims of his abuse on Tuesday, telling lawmakers he should have been in a jail cell at the time.

Roza, an 18-year-old model from Uzbekistan at the time, said she ended up at Epstein’s Palm Beach mansion after his French model scout pal, the late Jean-Luc Brunel, brought her to the US on a talent visa.

“I did not have the documentation to earn that visa, I’m 100 percent sure of that,” Roza told the committee. “I was promised a modelling career beyond my dreams.”

“Less than a month after arriving in the United States, my agency sent me to the home of a registered sex offender. He was meant to be in a jail cell but I met him in his house here in West Palm Beach. He was not in a jail,” she sobbed.

“Jeffrey was under house arrest for the molestation of underage girls at the exact time he was abusing me.”

Roza said Epstein sexually abused and coerced her for three years — using her visa status as collateral.

“The fact he could commit those acts made justice feel impossible to me,” she said.

At the time, the billionaire financier was on house arrest after being given a sweetheart deal for pleading guilty to two state charges of soliciting prostitution in Florida.

He served 13 months of an 18-month sentence in county jail but was allowed out during the day on “work-release” privileges.

Roza was among those to testify Tuesday as the House Oversight Committee investigated the sordid sex-trafficking operation spearheaded by Epstein and his madam, Ghislaine Maxwell.

“Palm Beach, Florida, is where Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes first came to light, and where prosecutors offered Epstein a sweetheart deal that allowed him to continue his crimes,” said Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), a ranking member of the committee.

“Jeffrey Epstein’s survivors showed extraordinary courage in Palm Beach by coming forward to share their stories. This investigation is entering a new phase, and we’re publishing a report detailing how Epstein built his global trafficking network. We are focused on justice and ending this White House cover-up.”
