Blake Lively sought to extend her legal battle against Justin Baldoni by requesting additional time to present all materials to the court.

On Tuesday, the “Gossip Girl” alum filed a letter to the court, saying that she would have trouble meeting the June 22 deadline she was given to file her initial brief on the “appropriate measure of fees” that Baldoni would owe her due to her hectic schedule.

The letter, obtained by Page Six, stated that Lively and her lawyers “have a number of conflicting personal and professional obligations, including international travel.”

“One of Ms. Lively’s lead attorneys, Mr. Gottlieb, who will need to review and approve any billing submissions and sign any affidavit on behalf of the Willkie firm, is currently out of the country,” the doc stated.

The actress requested “an additional seven days” to submit her initial brief.

The newest filing comes two weeks after Lively, 38, took Baldoni, 42, back to court after they settled their explosive legal battle.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Judge Lewis Liman addressed damages related to the “Five Feet Apart” director’s dismissed $400 million defamation lawsuit against Lively.

Lively requested that her “It Ends With Us” co-star cover her legal fees and costs from the defamation case — which was thrown out last November.

On June 12, the judge decided that Baldoni must pay Lively’s legal fees related to the suit, per court documents obtained by Page Six.

The court has to assess how much the dad of two will pay.

In May, Livley settled her 2024 suit against Baldoni, in which the actress claimed the actor sexually harassed her on the set of “It Ends With Us.”

Both Lively and the “Jane the Virgin” alum earned no money in their lawsuit settlement. However, sources told Page Six Hollywood that their legal teams made $60 million combined through the process.

The “A Simple Favor” is now plotting a Hollywood comeback.
