Mariners star Cal Raleigh was replaced by Mitch Garver in the bottom of the ninth inning of Wednesday’s game against the Astros. The Seattle catcher some experienced discomfort in the bottom of the eighth, but there’s been no specific reason given for his exit.

Brendan Donovan, who is taking over at third base, was on deck to pinch-hit for him. This was a scheduled off-day for him.
Mitch Garver is now behind the plate.
Prior to exiting, Raleigh went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.
Since Raleigh had at least two plate appearances during the game, he will not be eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
