The second of four title fights on tonight’s Most Valuable Promotions boxing card is between Desley Robinson vs. Mary Spencer for the WBF and WBO Middleweight titles. Robinson is 11-3 with four knockouts and is the current IBF and WBO Middleweight Champion. Meanwhile, Spencer is 10-3 and is coming off a loss to Mikaela Mayer.

Check out my best bet for Desley Robinson vs. Mary Spencer at tonight’s Most Valuable Promotions boxing event.

Desley Robinson by Decision or Technical Decision (-125)

This is Robinson’s third defense of the IBF Middleweight title and second defense of the WBO championship. Since suffering back-to-back losses to Lani Daniels and Kaye Scott, Robinson has won six consecutive contests. Robinson scored a second-round knockout over Logan Holler in her previous fight in October 2025. This is Spencer’s fourth attempt at a world title in her career. Before her last loss to Mayer, Spencer won three straight fights.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Robinson is a -175 favorite as Spencer is a +140 underdog. This fight has an over/under of 8.5 rounds, with the over being -800. Robinson has a ton of momentum heading into this fight and has recently been the better all-around fighter than Spencer. Three of Robinson’s previous four victories have come by decision. Robinson displayed her knockout power in her last fight, but has been inconsistent in that area throughout her career. That is why I’m taking Robinson to win this contest by decision or technical decision at -125.
