Tuesday’s slate features a full schedule of games, highlighted by Paul Skenes continuing his dominant run for Pittsburgh, Shane McClanahan looking to build on a recent solid outing for Tampa Bay, and Yoshinobu Yamamoto taking the mound for the Dodgers in a late matchup against San Francisco.
Urena has only made six appearances across 22.1 innings but has already logged 16 walks. Cecconi has a 6.15 ERA with an xERA of 5.61 and a 5.53 FIP.
Warren got blown up in his last start against the Rangers, allowing six runs on seven hits through four innings.
Lorenzen has been hit hard over his last two starts, allowing 11 runs on 15 hits through 10.1 innings. Through eight starts, Skenes has allowed no more than one run in six of them.
Mikolas has slowly been lowering his numbers, as he hasn’t allowed more than three runs in six straight appearances, three of which were starts. Singer has allowed four runs in back-to-back starts against the Cubs and Pirates over his last 9.1 innings.
Wheeler has been fantastic since returning to the rotation on April 25. He’s made three starts and has a 3.12 ERA with an xERA of 2.40 and a 2.83 FIP.
McClanahan has now made three straight starts without allowing a run against the Blue Jays, Giants, and Twins, spanning 16.2 innings. While Corbin hasn’t allowed more than two runs in five straight starts, his xERA of 6.20 tells us regression is coming soon.
While Flaherty currently has a new career-high in K/9 at 11.1, he also owns a 6.8 BB/9, which is also a career-high. Peralta only logged one strikeout in his last start against the Rockies through five innings. He’s logged at least five in five of his eight starts.
As a starter this season, Rea has a 4.03 ERA with a 3.67 FIP. Holmes allowed five runs on seven hits through five innings in his last start against the Rockies.
Kolek made his debut last week, tossing six innings against the Guardians, allowing three runs on four hits with three strikeouts. Fedde has been quite efficient in his starts this season and owns a 3.79 ERA with a 4.04 xERA.
Perez is in a rough stretch, having gone no more than 5.1 innings in his last three starts and allowing 11 runs on 15 hits with nine walks. The five runs allowed to the Nationals by Ober in his last start were the most he’s allowed this season.
Waldron has some absurd stats, as his 7.71 ERA is nowhere close to his xERA of 3.53.
Gallen is enduring a rough 2026, with a 4.70 ERA, an xERA of 5.42, and a 5.8 K/9, which is currently a career-low. Gore has allowed at least three runs in four straight starts, including five runs against the Yankees his last time out.
Woo is coming off his best start of the season, tossing six shutout innings against the Braves with nine strikeouts. Imai will be reinstated off the injured list for this start. Prior to being shelved, he owned an 11.4 BB/9, issuing 11 walks in 8.2 innings.
Pallante was lit up for five runs on eight hits through six innings in his last start against the Brewers. After not allowing a home run in his first four starts, Springs has given up seven in his last four.
Yamamoto has allowed exactly three runs in his last three starts along with seven walks.
