Blake Krass breaks down the betting odds surrounding where former Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love will be taken in the 2026 NFL Draft.
The 2026 NFL Draft begins tonight! Here is a look at where former Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love, the top running back in the class, could be selected in the first round. Also, I will dive into the different betting markets on where Love could get drafted, both by team and draft position. You can bet on the NFL Draft on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Jeremiyah Love has a fantastic chance to be a top-five pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. If that is the case, Love would be the first running back drafted in the top five since Saquon Barkley went No. 2 overall in 2018.
The former Notre Dame running back is one of the most talented players in this draft class. Just like with Ashton Jeanty last year, teams seem willing to overlook the “don’t draft a running back too high” narrative because of Jeremiyah Love’s immense talent. Love had back-to-back seasons with over 1,100 rushing yards to close out his college career. He was by far the best running back in the nation last season and is ready for the next level. Love is only 20 years old, which is a major bonus. His legs are still relatively fresh compared to a lot of rookie running back prospects. Jeremiyah Love has some solid weight on him and will be able to shake off tacklers at this level. However, he also has incredible speed and can break long runs with regularity. Any team would be lucky to add Love as its new superstar running back.
The earliest that Jeremiyah Love could go in the draft is No. 3 overall to the Arizona Cardinals. The Raiders are taking Fernando Mendoza with the first pick, and the Jets are most likely taking either Arvell Reese or David Bailey with the second pick. The Cardinals might take whichever player the Jets don’t take between Reese and Bailey. However, with a new offensive-minded head coach in town, Mike LaFleur, the Cardinals might want to get a big-time offensive playmaker. Love is currently +250 to go third in the draft.
The most likely landing spot for Love is No. 4 overall to the Tennessee Titans. The Titans went out and got who they hope is their future franchise quarterback last year. If they could add Jeremiyah Love as a playmaker for Cam Ward, this offense could be one to watch next season. Love is currently -135 to be taken fourth in the draft. If Love doesn’t get taken with either the third or fourth pick, almost any team would jump at the chance to take him. The Giants are unlikely to take Love with the fifth pick, as they landed their rookie running back last year in Cam Skattebo.
