Blake Krass shares his top fantasy baseball Pick6 picks and plays for the Saturday MLB slate. Check ’em out here!
The MLB season is heating up. There are far more ways to get involved in the action than just via traditional betting. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Baseball!
Here are my top Pick6 plays for today’s MLB slate.

Ketel Marte is in need of a big game against the Rockies. It has been a struggle for Marte for most of this year after back-to-back All-Star seasons in 2024 and 2025. This is a great chance for him to get things going at Coors Field. The Rockies are sending out Tomoyuki Sugano to start this afternoon. Sugano has been really poor in his last two starts, giving up five runs to the Phillies and four runs to the Mets. That gives him a 7.84 ERA so far in the month of May. Sugano has also really struggled against lefties this season. He is allowing an OPS of .904 to opposing left-handed batters. While the switch-hitting Marte has struggled overall this season, his OPS has been better as a left-handed batter than on the right side. Marte has a 115 career tOPS+ at Coors Field and should get things going against Sugano and the Rockies today. This promo pick from DraftKings Pick6 requires Marte to only need over 1.5 hits + runs + RBIs, rather than the 2.5 he would normally be at.

Henry Bolte has been excellent since getting called up by the Athletics. Through his first three games at the MLB level, Bolte is batting .500 with at least one hit in each game. Bolte’s maturity at the plate has been very impressive. He is not going up and swinging for the fences, but instead taking what comes to him. He only has one strikeout across his 11 career plate appearances. He has five hits, all of which have been singles. I am backing him to keep the single streak going tonight. Trevor McDonald is starting for the Giants tonight. He has done a good job of run prevention in his two starts this season, but in his last outing, he gave up nine hits in 5.1 innings to the Dodgers. It will be hard to generate a lot of power against McDonald, but Bolte should keep up his composed performances at the plate and record a single for the fourth straight game.

Ben Rice is having a breakout season for the Yankees. Last season was Rice’s first as a mostly full-time starter in the big leagues. There were flashes of greatness from Rice, but he struggled with consistency. This season, he has taken that jump to the next level. He currently leads Major League Baseball with a 1.104 OPS. He has hit 14 home runs, driven in 30 runs and is batting .314, all top-15 marks in baseball. Ben Rice started the Subway Series with a bang on Friday night, hitting a home run in the Yankees’ win. He should keep it up against the Mets tonight. Huascar Brazoban will technically be starting for the Mets, but he is really just used as an opener for David Peterson. Peterson has been awful this season, sporting a 5.49 ERA. Rice should hit the left-hander hard. He has almost identical numbers against righties and lefties this season, so he should have no trouble facing Brazoban and then Peterson. He should maintain his great start to the series and generate some more runs on Saturday night.
Pick6 is a peer-to-peer fantasy variant where you build a lineup (your “Pick Set”) of 2+ players and select whether you believe each will outperform their listed stat projection. Enter your Pick Set in Pick6 contests to compete against other users. Get enough picks correct and win a share of cash prizes.
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
