Ryan Wohl details his best bet for Namo Fazil vs. Jake Babian at tonight’s MVP MMA event airing on Netflix.
In the final fight of the Netflix MVP MMA Prelims, Namo Fazil takes on Jake Babian in a Welterweight contest. In MMA, Babian is 6-1 with five finishes, as Fazil’s record stands at 9-1 with seven wins by KO/TKO/DQ or submission. This card is headlined by two MMA legends, Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano.
Check out my prediction for Namo Fazil vs. Jake Babian taking place at tonight’s Netflix MMA MVP.
Fazil’s last fight in combat sports was in Karate Combat in December 2025. This will be his first MMA contest since June 2025. Fazil has won his previous six MMA fights, with his last loss coming in July 2022. Babian lost his professional debut and has since won six fights.
Fazil is a -310 favorite with Babian being the underdog at +250 on DraftKings Sportsbook. This fight has an over/under of 1.5 rounds, with the over being -145 and the under being +114.
Three of Fazil’s previous four MMA contests have lasted at least two rounds. Also, two of Babian’s last four fights have gone past the first round. With that said, I’m taking the over of 1.5 rounds at -145 in this contest. Fazil is more experienced and will likely give Babian his toughest test to date.
