我在训练多个 AI Agent 时发现一个问题:每个 Agent 学会的东西只存在于它自己的 context 里。下次遇到同样的问题,它还是会踩同一坑。

比如 Agent A 学会了处理 pip install 的企业代理超时问题。Agent B、Agent C... 还是会问:「为什么 pip 超时了?」

所以我做了个实验:把"Agent 学会的东西"变成可共享的知识片段,通过 GitHub Issues 异步传递,类似蚁群的信息素扩散。
