I’ve taken and conducted software engineering interviews over the years, and one thing became obvious:
Most interview prep resources don’t reflect real-world engineering.
You’ll find textbook definitions, toy examples, and outdated patterns—but very little around production debugging, architecture tradeoffs, scalability, and practical interview thinking.
So I started building an open-source Fullstack Interview Prep repository:
https://github.com/akshayit/fullstack-interview-prep
The goal:
Create something useful for interns, freshers, mid-level engineers, and senior developers.
Topics include:
JavaScript / TypeScript
React / Next.js
Node.js
SQL / MongoDB
DevOps basics
System Design
DSA
Production engineering concepts
This is a living project, and I’d love community feedback.
