About the Role

You will work on-site in Chattanooga, TN, embedded inside customer environments to scope workflows, rapidly prototype, and ship production-grade software directly on customer infrastructure.

In parallel, you will help build reusable tooling and abstractions including SDKs, templates, adapters, CLIs, and golden paths.

You’ll contribute both to customer success and the long-term Harmony platform.

What You'll Do

Deliver with Customers

• Embed directly with operators and stakeholders
• Map workflows and define success criteria
• Build across the stack using Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Docker/Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Own the full lifecycle from prototype to deployment
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance

Build for Reuse

• Create monorepo-friendly tooling
• Build internal SDKs and adapters
• Establish reusable deployment patterns
• Turn field learnings into reusable platform improvements

Partner Cross-Functionally

• Work closely with GTM and Sales
• Help activate customer accounts
• Create documentation and training resources

Minimum Qualifications

• 0 to 1+ years building production systems
• Strong CS fundamentals
• Strong Python and TypeScript/React experience

• Experience with Docker/K8s, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with customer-facing, in-person work
