The Problem

Most product updates fail quietly because the launch asset stops at announcement copy. A team ships a new workflow, writes a short blog post, posts a screenshot, and waits for traffic to convert. That pattern creates awareness, but it rarely answers the operational question that matters: did the update move a real prospect closer to purchase?
