I want to share something honest.

Seven days ago MindFuel had zero
visitors. Zero users. Zero anything.

Tonight it has 118 visitors, 771 page
views, 32 signups and visitors from
11 different countries.

Zero ads. Zero budget. Just me, a
laptop and a problem I couldn't
stop thinking about.

Here's the whole story.

Six months ago I was doing everything
right. Sleeping 8 hours, eating clean,
exercising daily, meditating every morning.

Still ended every single day exhausted,
anxious and unable to focus.

I went down every rabbit hole.
Supplements, productivity systems,
dopamine detoxes, therapy.

Nothing fixed it consistently.

Then one night I had a thought that
changed everything.

What if the problem wasn't my habits
but what I was feeding my mind
between those habits?

I started tracking manually. Every
YouTube video, every news article,
every Reddit thread, every scroll.

After two weeks the pattern was so
clear it made me feel stupid for
not seeing it sooner.

The content I thought was harmless
was silently destroying my mental
state every single day.

So I built MindFuel.

Paste any content link, a YouTube
video, news article, social media
post, anything, and the AI runs a
5 dimension psychological analysis
scoring it 1 to 100 on a cognitive
metabolic scale.

The 5 dimensions:

Emotional Valence, how the content
affects your mood state.

Energy Signature, whether it
stimulates or depletes you.

Psychological Themes, what patterns
it reinforces in your thinking.

Mood Trajectory, where your mental
state goes after consuming it.

Dopamine Risk, whether it exploits
reward pathways or adds genuine value.

Think nutrition label for your brain.

Tech stack: Next.js, Claude Sonnet
for AI analysis, deployed on Vercel,
BYO API key supported.

The numbers after 7 days:

118 visitors from 11 countries,
771 page views, 32 signups,
41 visitors from X alone,
14 from Reddit, 8 from Google organic.

Built completely solo from Kathmandu,
Nepal. No co-founder, no funding,
no Silicon Valley connections.

It's not perfect. The AI sometimes
misses nuance. UI needs work.
Lots to improve.

But it's real, it's live and it's
already showing people patterns in
their content consumption they never
noticed before.

Try it: getmindfuel.vercel.app

Would love brutal honest feedback
especially on the scoring architecture.

Your body is what you eat.
Your mind is what you consume. 🧠
