Dominique Lothar Haas

Here's the situation: I'm building an AI consultancy — focused specifically on governance, compliance, and enterprise deployments in regulated industries. Financial services, EU AI Act, that kind of territory.

The markets I work in are conservative. They want credentials, structure, and people who understand that AI in a bank is different from AI in a startup. So I take certification seriously — I'm going through Anthropic's official program myself, currently working toward CCAF.

And I want to build a team with the same foundation.

What I'm offering:
• I sponsor the CCAF exam fee (USD 99) for developers who complete Anthropic's training and pass
• Freelance work on real projects — AI governance tooling, Claude API integrations, compliance-adjacent systems
• Longer-term collaboration if we work well together
• Early-stage involvement — you're shaping how we build, not just executing

What I'm looking for:
• Developers comfortable with Python and LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.)
• RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, document processing — the practical stuff
• Independent operators who communicate well
• Genuine interest in the governance/compliance angle — this isn't a chatbot shop

Why this matters:
CCAF is Anthropic's official certification. In regulated markets — where I operate — that kind of credential from a recognized provider carries real weight. If you're planning to work in enterprise AI seriously, this is worth having.

I'm covering the cost because I want a team that's certified, not just capable.
