SpaceX has officially acquired 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗿 — the popular AI-powered coding assistant from Anysphere — in a $𝟲𝟬 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 all-stock deal.
This marks one of the largest acquisitions in the AI industry and brings Cursor under the SpaceX umbrella as an independent subsidiary.
