For a long time, a lot of my growth as a developer felt invisible.
Not the projects I shipped.
Not the certificates I earned.
The things that felt invisible were:
- The concepts I finally understood after struggling with them.
- The bugs that took hours (or days) to solve.
- The milestones that showed I was improving. Most of these moments never made it into my portfolio, yet they were responsible for most of my growth.
So I built Sandbox
🪄
A simple space where developers can track their learning journey, challenges solved, milestones reached, and reflections along the way.
Right now it's still early-stage:
Manual input
Local storage
No backend yet
But I wanted to put it out there early and learn from real feedback instead of building in isolation.
You can try it here:

I'd love to know:
Would something like this be useful to you?
What feels missing?
What would make you come back and use it regularly?
Thanks for taking a look.
