Most people try to improve their lives without ever measuring how they actually feel.

I used to do the same.

Some days felt productive, others didn’t — but I had no way to understand why.

So I decided to build something simple.

Not another complex app.
Not something that requires signup.

Just tools that answer one question:

👉 “How am I actually doing right now?”

🔹 What I Built

I created a few simple tools:

A happiness score calculator

A stress level test

A daily mood tracker

Each one takes less than 2 minutes.

No login. No data stored.

🔹 Why Simplicity Matters

Most self-improvement tools fail because they’re too complicated.

People don’t stick to:

long journaling
heavy apps
complicated systems

So I focused on:

quick inputs
instant feedback
zero friction
🔹 What I Noticed After Using Them

After using these tools regularly:

I started noticing patterns in my mood
Some habits improved my mental state more than expected
Stress wasn’t random — it had triggers

That awareness alone made a difference.

🔹 Try It Yourself

If you’re curious, you can try the tools here:

🔹 Final Thought

You don’t need a perfect system to improve your life.

You just need awareness.

And awareness starts with measuring how you feel.
