認為雲端是必須的氧氣.

同時人們部署了14個微服務來保存一條筆記.

這不是進化.

這是偽裝成進步的基礎設施肥胖。


複雜性陷阱

人天生就傾向於複雜性,因為從遠處看,複雜性看起來很聰明。

但複雜性是一種稅:

  • 對注意力
  • 對性能
  • 對維護
  • 對理智

想像一下鄉村環境。沒有那麼多的煩惱。簡單的系統。人們管理自己的小事情。直接的生活。沒有抽象過載.

今天我們稱那為「美好的舊時光」——不是因為它過時,而是因為系統仍然適合人類規模。透明。本地。可管理.

今天將會成為明天美好的舊時光.

簡單永遠無法取代。

我們正在建造能解決由解決先前問題的機器所創造的問題的機器.

如果一個系統在雲端消失的瞬間就死亡,它從未獨立。它只是租用的智慧.
