PARA整理汝之文件。其本非为整理汝之事务。

PARA 乃古今最得体之文件组织框架之一。

P: 诸项目。
A: 诸区域。
R: 诸资源。
A: 诸档案。

四器在焉。万物各有所归。汝常知所求之所在。诚为雅致。

然有维度,PARA未尝设计以应之。非其有阙,盖其解异于事也。PARA,所以类次文牍者,因其类也。初非为类次吾今所为之事也。此二者,事理迥异,岂可相混耶?

PARA所解者,一问耳:此牍当属何方?

工成之报,属诸工事。跨工事而用之标准,属诸资储。已成之工牍,属诸档案。此理甚明,可扩可延。PARA乃储物之系,善矣.

无可解之题:无牍之构

事不拘于牍界。

若尔撰结构评估之报,须得项目处之草稿报、资源库之相关设计标准、档案室两年前之同类报告,及项目处之客户简述。

PARA悉存此诸件,然尔须巡四异之夹,以成一事。此非夹次之失,乃夹次之本性所限也。

一文件夹,每时每刻只整理一维度。或依理,或依文件之性,或依当前所需之事。二者不可得兼。PARA善择理,然于事之维度,全然无解.

世人之谬误

人感此碍,其性则屈法。移准绳于案牍间,盖今需之也。抄存牍之报于行用之案。此默破PARA。半载后,复自草创,一切重整。

法未尝废。尔所求者,非其设之初意也。

二重,非一重也。

需二层别,各司其职。

其一层,为存: 逻辑存之,恒久,一致。每文有其所归,无二处。

其二层,为务境: 仿若摄其务所需之文,此刻正存于其一层,无论其居何处。

思之若章鱼。PARA乃其身。及尔坐而谋事,Deckspace则舒其触须,直指其当之文件夹:项目为草稿,资源为标准,档案为旧报,聚而合于一时空。文件未尝移。触须惟通之而已。

于Deckspace之中,可自磁盘任何处拖曳文件入Deck,以为门户捷径。直启之,加注解,留评言。事毕,PARA未尝损。参照之则,仍在Resources。归档之报,亦存于Archives。无有漂移之虞。

PARA因任务之层而智增

PARA与Deckspace,非相竞之系。乃相辅之层,解不同之题。

PARA为尔之文件永立逻辑之居。Deckspace为尔之任务暂设情境之观。尔不复曲己之文件夹以适任务。尔不复每坐而工作,必历四文件夹之途。

尔之文件永存其序。尔之任务永驻其焦。此二者不复相争。
