吾平台之众于二零二五年初,遍采人工智能编程之助,吾料效率当增。未料至宝之训,反出败绩,非成事。阅四千二百合并之拉取请求,人工智能于代码撰述有义,所现之象,多悖吾所读之市宣。此技背后之经济势,无可否认,与六百四十四亿美金之投于人工智能之基设正改易资本流于硅谷及远,然日常运生产软件于此等器用,实较讲演之辞更为纷纭,奥义亦深,终至有趣。此乃吾辈所悟,所变,及所愿他人早告之者也。

效率之数诚然,然惑人

吾等内测所示,自人工智能之助成定制例后,各开发者所运代码,以行计,增廿六至五十五百之谱。此诚大胜,然于狭境则然。模板生成,测试架设,API客户端裹,及常例重构,皆自数时缩为数刻。吾等队中一初工,三日重撰旧式ETL管路,若依前法,当历六旬。

然代码之量非为正度,吾等几时已知之。及至四月,事故率较前年增三十一。回退之事亦增。解决之时日益延。及深究其事,乃见一理:此回退非为AI所生代码之巨弊。乃集成之失,模型所不能知之边际情形,及接受局部有效而系统其他处违背无文之惯例所积之繁杂。

METR之广传之研,得见熟谙码库之工师,用AI助者,反迟于常,十九分之壹。虽自谓速二十分之壹,然实不然。METR试AI助工之效,其法为随机而控之。 之效,既分绿野之工于成熟之务之修,则与吾所察之数合。生산之力之说,全在境,而機械之心光耀之境,非高級之工師所費時之日也。

評述之隘,人未諦告

人工智能之用,于吾辈最巨之变,乃代码检视之全然重构。当一匠者二十分钟内能成八百行似是而非之码,其滞碍立时永移于检视之人。吾辈资深匠者三月内即渐疲。检视之列日长。请示之单积日累。众始以印鉴应之,盖量之繁,细察不可得也。

吾等终以颠倒流程之法解此。今作者须以五分钟内之录影,导审者周览其以人工智能所助之变,释其码之所为,择此法之由,及其亲验之实。此录影之求,似涉繁文缛节,然实成二事。一者,迫作者真解其码,遂弥知识之隙,隙弥则险消。二者,予审者以由,敬其时。审速于六周内复振,合码之质亦可量增。

实际有效之法

经年试验,数法别离受益于人工智能之队与众溺于其出者。此皆非革命之术,然持守应用之纪律,竟成区分之关键。

生成之先,严谨之规重于巧饰之术。工师撰详尽之接纳标准、类型签章、例入之先,启助手者,其效远胜于以自然之语述其意者。此模乃直心之协伴。授之暧昧之命,则产暧昧之码,且常自信。

先验测试之流程,成非可商之铁律于任一非细小之变。先撰测试而后成实,成旧由类型系统独为之事:其限索域,且供客观之信,示输出是否当。弃此步之队,终致调试似有理之码,然于生产中默然败之。

以人工智能之助,设必有人之检于架构之界,可防系统设计之渐离。凡越服务之界、立新公API、或改认证授权之理者,必由人手为之。此间,模型可献策,不可自作。此律 alone 防数近失,若无此律,则已流于市。

投于可察之资,数倍其效。若不能尽信库中每行码之来处,则需速察生产之患。岁中后,吾辈增其追迹、结构化日志、警讯之费,倍之。其费甚巨。不为之,则祸不测矣。

骤显之能

观吾队十二月之变,始知工程之技,何者因AI之助而增益,何者随时日而衰微。此景反乎旧识,道强于开发者之由。

细读代码,速辨优劣,遂为众工之至要。能于三百行之异同中,识其可疑二段者,其工效倍于独恃测试以察弊者。而排错之能亦增其价,盖因AI所生之弊,往往显于不常之形,难应标准之寻理。

系统之设计、架构之判断,其重未减。此模可生诸构件,然不能示汝系统实需何物,其交互当如何,抑或何权衡最宜。得盛者,乃能怀系统于胸,导人工智能以成契合全体之实。

反是,记API之式,诵框架之旨,或速书模板,旦暮间几成虚设。以斯技立身之工,调适尤艰。素视此为软件之末务者,几未觉变。

吾当语昔之吾

若吾得寄一言于己,时在二零二五年一月,方出此工器者,则曰:术非难也。难者,乃重筑汝众之审程、质标、技进之径,以应迥异之制产。此变中得胜者,非有最工之模,亦非具最慧之示。乃以AI之助为重变,而量力以投之者也。众余者,则增码无涯,人莫尽解,积债难偿,非旧式重构所能涤。及至要事崩坏,方知其价,而时已至极困矣。
