所筑何物

Companion乃为患二型糖尿病与高血压者日常静默之问候——此患居多也。(约七成糖尿病患者亦患高血压。)

世有疾者五亿三千七百万人,居天下。其人每三至六月,必谒医者一次。其间,或录数字于册,或存之乎应用,然竟无由知其意为何。偕行周二之215毫克每分升,可恶乎?血压之趋,将升否?漏服一剂氨氯地平,果有损乎?

伴侣如慈护士,周读其文。

  1. 先标危境 — 诸读当今日需召医者者。
  2. 察其律象 — "周二、周六米食皆使血糖逾215。当察之。"
  3. 献一微策以试。非泛泛之训,乃基于特定之实验也。彼等数据
  4. 撰述临床摘要可持以示其医于下次就诊之时——洁净,事实,三十秒可阅。

每读皆存于用户之浏览器。无后端,无数据库,无账户。

伴侣者,介乎其间。阅一周之葡萄糖血压,若慈护士然——察危殆之域,识规律之象,荐一事以试,撰临床之要,医者可三十秒而览之。

通体一HTML之文。无框架,无构建之序,无npm安装。唯一之依,唯jsPDF(经CDN载入)以供医者简报下载。其"智"几尽存于系统之提示——此我调校之频,多所难言。

吾用Gemma 4之法吾择Gemma 4 26B MoE(4B为激活之数) — 诸师混用之变 — 而模态之择,此物之重也.

何故混用,而非三十一亿密实? 伴侶需迅捷。人莫用十二秒方应之之每日查核器。MoE予我推理之质,近Dense模型,每词仅四亿参数可用,故OpenRouter之免费层有低延迟。日用具器,此延迟预算较之基准精度之末数尤要。

何故MoE而非E4B: 此处推论之务,实属艰险。模型须将周二血糖之升与周二所记米鸡之餐相系,复察周六咖喱亦现同辙。须明周二漏服氨氯地平之剂,与血压渐升相联。须兼衡五重参考范围,决何者当警示,何者当提及,何者当漠视。E4B(4B参数)于此渐减其信。MoE之专家路由,处理跨域推论——饮食、服药依从、昼夜时序之律——而不增活参数之数。

何故用Gemma 4(非Gemini Flash或GPT-4o-mini)? Apache 2.0之許可,於健康應用,其重於人所能見也。此構造,本意可易為全然本地之Gemma 4 E4B部署,藉LiteRT-LM或Ollama,俟本地推論之路穩定。於嚴謹之私權市場——德國醫療、歐盟GDPR之境,凡不能送患者資料於美國雲者——此遷徙之路,乃別乎「有趣示範」與「實際產品」之間。今日之主機呼喚,乃部署之便。模型之選,為明日之私權保證。

格玛四所启者,非两年前所能为也:其理。曩者开放之模,或授以概要("汝之葡萄糖本周自128至268,平均144")。格玛四则予我洞见之明。君之二高读数皆继食稻之重。此变——自概要至洞见——乃使记录之应用与伴侶有别。
