物流配送之司,操Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management者,日需实时运营之数:GPS所踪之货,RFID所读之存,遥测所察之车。非问其是否为之,乃问其自建专管之渠,抑或用微软既供之器。

论及此,显三制。其二者,难成其大。

不耐世触之纹

不谙 Azure 监测之栈者,常拟其一:

  • Excel 并批导入:藏传感之读于表,每时导入 F&O 之 DMF。败,盖因传感之量(每秒千读于众舰)未至 F 而已先溃 Excel與O之批處窗。
  • 第三方整合平台,日日推進。租此困,推之於隊外,實時預測之見,成昨日之鏡。
  • SharePoint手記。此議驚人,常見於初建之會。不克展於一試之車。

此等皆非近实时数据之交付,亦无扩至车队之能.

Azure原生之管路

微软之参考架构,于此境所荐之式:

  1. 摄取层:Azure IoT Hub自诸器(传感器、RFID读器、车体遥测)受遥测。每器类一MQTT或AMQP之端点,随IoT Hub之单元而扩。
  2. 流处理:Azure流分析读取自物联网中心,对数据窗口之(如,车辆位置一分钟滚动窗口,库存读取五分钟窗口),行聚合与异常检测于内完成.
  3. 增丰与导引:流分析之输出,达诸多汇——数据域供Power Apps用之操作数据,Azure服务总线为工作流触发,Azure Blob为冷存储分析之用。
  4. :入D365:Power Automate之流,因数据域变(或服务总线之信)而发,更F。或依数据实体及商业事件。若需极高吞吐量,可绕行Power Automate,直呼F&直由定制服务。
  5. 分析层寒 Blob 之库,哺 Azure Synapse 以成预测之模;预测之环,复经 Dataverse 而入 F。&奥之师规划所入。

此堆栈每日可承载百万事件,无需定制设施。

模式之内权衡取舍

建筑自有其抉择。

  • 流分析对比 Azure 函数流分析之术,有如明文之SQL,内置时窗之设。函数以增其变通,然需添码。遇阻则用函数,先求流分析。
  • 数据宇宙为热库与F之比较&请指示Dataverse较之F,更能容频繁之写。&呜呼案几。当致书于Dataverse,使双写或定制同步推及F。&日程表F之上也&其能消融也。
  • 自动化流程之比较:Power Automate与定制服务: Power Automate可应付每分钟数百次触发,逾此则需定制服务于F&侧方乃逃生之孔。
  • 数据量于F&噢勿将每项传感读数推入F&O。流分析中聚合(如"车辆X于位置Y之十五分钟窗口"),书其聚合,使F&O仅载规划者所询。

末点多困诸项目:欲"悉数据于F&O"之心,实损F&O之效。

安防与运维

  • 设备标识:每设备得 IoT Hub 标识,配 X.509 证书或 SAS 密钥。吊销事宜由 IoT Hub 设备注册表处理。
  • 网络隔离:IoT Hub、Stream Analytics 及 F&O 边界间有私有链路。不得已处仅设公共端点。
  • 监控:Azure Monitor之仪表盘,示IoT Hub之吞吐量,Stream Analytics之延迟,Dataverse之写入量。有警讯,若任一输出端滞后者。
  • :成本控制:IoT Hub之单元与Stream Analytics之流单元,乃成本之驱动二。量其大小,当依实测之峰值吞吐,非臆想之量。

:此架构所附之器何物?

:运作之IoT至F。O之整合,具:物联枢纽(IoT Hub)以设器自动化,各数据类之流分析(Stream Analytics)任,配版本化SQL询;数据宇宙(Dataverse)定制表以应运算;赋能自动化(Power Automate)或定制服务执笔以达&O;更备运行簿以增新器类,无待每度架构复审。

建造成本前置,而循环成本远低于定制集成平台,盖因粘合层(IoT Hub, Stream Analytics, Dataverse, Power Automate)皆由微软管理。此乃建议:倚赖托管服务,避免永为所拥有的基础设施。
