吾当如何,于今之际,筑此之业?

街有妇人鬻食。二载矣。日补货,偿其供,哺其子,明日复往。不富,不贫。行也。

或告之曰:需正法。货殖有籍。需索可测。有信于众。其友行之。于庠序得之。大业者皆然。遂为之。费时耗财,务求其善。

半载已过,彼犹滞于街衢。系统存其手机,未尝触碰。设局之费,致其利薄。本欲以忠诚计划留客,然客皆非持智能手机者。

非因其疏忽而败。彼所营者,乃未至之业;几欲殒其已成之业。


无人戒汝此陷阱,以其不似陷阱也。似雄心,似行事合宜。

彼未尝止而问此等事,今是否合宜。标准云正经商家如此,同侪皆行,遂从之。此言抽象非谬,然于彼,今日,以其所持,实谬。


彼未尝问之问题:

此是否适于当今之业,抑或未至之业乎?

其业有版,货物流转之制甚合。二十商贾,三处所,供应链之正。此版需系统.

然此版未实也。

今者欲知今日何物所售,明日何物当补,本周几何之利。一册足矣。非需系统。惟求苟活,俟需系统之日。


软件之困,亦同此理,异乎外衣耳。

予汝一项目,限一期限,有客主之。未及属文,已决其构架、标准、何谓专业之貌矣。此等决断,多凭本能,本乎所授,循同侪所为。

勿重用,勿滥设,勿缺全测。有时,此正其道。

然时有三十日,一匠,而客需此物九十成。尔已五时入玄妙之构,若三百万众击尔之器,则此构有义。尔有三百人,半为尔之众。

五时非虚耗于劣码,乃致力于尚未成之问题。


此非非标准之论也。

有标准,自始便承重。凡涉财货之重,合规之要,误数致租赋不至之危——其地,考校、稽核、正误之道,非可有可无。循之者,非因书册所载,实因失之,其系统之价,何其巨也。

此乃区分之所在。有标准者,持此物以立;有标准者,为系统未成之版本。

首类者,不因期限而动。次类者,则入积压之列,尔须诚之。


商贾之失,非不思将来,乃在未稳于今而营之。

此间有次第之序,不可不察。

今此物可否运作?能否获利,能否交付价值,能否承受其当下之重?

及至彼时,此物需何以渡其后续之变?

世人多反此道。先为三版而构,未有一真用者于初版。产品之殁,正处所建之版与所现之版之间罅隙也。


始事之先,有二问。

今日此事,需何方能成?非其时,非其期。今以斯人,斯限,斯众。

此失败之实耗几何?抑或此乃一系统,误号可倾覆人之财货与信义?抑或此乃一系统,瑕疵于次次推更中得解,而无人失寐?

此二者之答,示吾今日不可易之准绳,与可缓之准绳。缓,非忽。忽则忘之。缓则择之,知其后期之耗。

代码者,实乃答案之化形也.


女子犹在街衢。系统犹在其机。某处有开发者,已入抽象之境六时,为三百用户之码库所困,疑其限期之不可及.
