凡涉Web3之入门指导,皆始于同途:

使资财之联易。

此诚善也,然未备。资财之联,惟初显之败耳。其深弊者,Web3使众信一系统,而此系统屡告勿信他人。

此矛盾之理,难于设策以避。

于Web2,其登入之道,主在消弭滞碍。于Web3,其登入之道,重在消弭疑虑,非掩其风险之实。

此二者,非同工也。

启首之屏,已存信义之患

用户未联钱包,已默自诘问:

  • 此诚乎?
  • 此安乎?
  • 若吾点之,将何以处之?
  • 吾将签何昂贵之物乎?
  • 可无失而去乎?
  • 孰建此物?
  • 吾何以信此界面?

多数加密产品以英雄标题、代币标志、连接钱包按钮答之。

此不足也。

连接钱包之钮,非寻常SaaS之号召行动也。乃信赖之界也。乃用户自阅网页,至曝露地址,启扩展,备签署或未全解之权限之点也。

设计者当视此际若银行授权,非若简报订阅也。

熟稔之界面,非自能生信赖也。

常误者,乃使DeFi之应用若金融科技,遂以为事已毕.

洁其卡,圆其钮,美其图。仪表如现代银行之应用.

此或可助,然亦能生虚妄之信。

若用户与不可变合约、桥梁风险、滑点、清算、解锁期或代币授权等相涉,则界面须显其事。隐其繁者,或可促短期转化,然用户后知其隐,则信毁矣。

其旨非使Web3若Web2。

其旨乃使Web3可解也。

何谓良善之入门

强健之Web3入门流程,当先解四问,而后求承诺。

一、此产品何物?

非其类属,非其协议架构,乃其实际用户之成效。

不善者:

去中心化流动性协调层,用于下一代资产原语。

善者:

纳稳定币,得变率之利,随时可取,惟池若锁则否。

平实之言,非不精深,乃更实用。

二、用户所需何物?

若用户需钱袋、特定链、气、代币余额、签名或桥,宜早言。

勿使初现之谬语自辩。

一善之导屏,可云:

  • 适用于基础
  • 需以太坊燃料
  • 无存款亦可游历
  • 钱包连接仅读,待你存入。

此可减忧,盖未知之需化而为已知之序也。

3. 事将何以败乎?

此乃众队惶惑之境。彼辈以为示风险者,可减转化率。

然精明之用户,固知风险已存。若界面隐之,则项目似失可信,非增之也。

风险不必炫目,但求具体。

例:

  • 收益随时而变。
  • 提款或需二十四时。
  • 桥接或需二次交易。
  • 令牌批准可后予撤销。
  • 若抵押品价值跌,则可清算。

善设风险非警示之墙,乃境实之诚。

四、后事如何?

每署皆当有明前而后。

署前:

  • 尔允此契,可耗至X。
  • 然未动资。
  • 尔可后撤。

既署之后:

  • 核准既定。
  • 尔可纳款。
  • 估耗气费为X。

用户毋需独解囊启。

钱包之弹出乃尔产品之属也

众团队或设计至钱包之交互,遂心授其责于MetaMask、Phantom、Rabby、WalletConnect,或用户所择之钱包,此误也

钱包之弹出虽尔所不能制,亦用户行旅之属也

可于其显之前预为之备,及其隐之后复确认之。

若汝之应用言"签名",而钱包示以玄奥之语,则用户必以为汝之应用不明。

界面当以人言喻钱包之行:

  • "确认汝之钱包。"
  • "核准USDC之用。"
  • "注资于以太坊池。"
  • 索赏。

技业之交非用意。当为意而设。

渐进披露非藏复杂

或有匠者闻"简其登程"之语,遂以为去其要旨。

非也。

渐进披露者,适时示以适详也。

首屏之始,需导引用户。

未接之前,需明其需,慰其心。

签署之前,用户须明其果。

既署,则需确认与恢复之道。

高明者犹可通交易之哈希、合约之地址、文牍、审计及探查之链接。然此等细目,当助其行旅,勿使首屏为所蔽。

更优之Web3入门清单

行前询之。

  • 可有人不连钱袋,亦能解此物乎?
  • 财库连接之钮,其示何权所求耶?
  • 链、气、符之需,可于败坏之前见乎?
  • 危行之事,可于囊启之前释乎?
  • 每署皆有人名之标明乎?
  • 应用可证签署之后之变乎?
  • 用户可觅文牍、稽核、契址及援路乎?
  • 有唯读或预览之模乎?
  • 空状态是否有用,抑或仅是言"连接钱包"?

若多答案皆否,则非钱袋之过也。

事在信之设也。

界面即信层

智能合约立技术之信。

界面生人信。

协议固可安,然犹存疑。产品虽强,初现即失。仪表盘虽精,无人知其意,终致败。

Web3之入门,当团队视UX非协议之裹,而视作协议之信系,则可善。

是故,秘钮将减。

未解之签少矣.

仪表盘少,不假用户已解风险之理.

界面增多,直言无隐,俾用户自信而行.
