一《A Sanity CMS开发服务之议》当明示尔所购何物,何时得见,及范围变迁时将若何。吾所睹开发者之议——包括吾早年职业生涯中竞逐者——皆缺此三者至少二。兹示真议之貌,取自吾于二六年初致一中型电子商务品牌之议.

议之结构实含何物

一议之结构非价目也,乃平易之约也。吾之议分四节:范围、节点与交付物、付款之期、变更之则。买者当期四者。若开发者仅以一节附数字于下,非议也——乃估也,估不护双方。

范围 诸内容之型,诸页之模,诸融会,皆列焉。吾二〇二六之议,列:九种Sanity之架构(产品、文章、作者、类目、FAQ、导航、设置、重定向、法页),一Next.js之App Router前端,Vercel部署,预览URL,无Algolia或电商API之工,非签变更单不为之。此句为界。买者常略其除列;实乃文中最要之段。

之里程碑,宜对实绩,勿涉虚段。此乃彼议之里程碑表:

首日之预演网址,于我而言,不可商量。架设一Vercel预览部署,自空壳仓库启之,几无成本,且令客户得记之、分之与其团,并使我有责可负。若开发者于启事后二十四时内不能予一预演网址者,非无部署之序,即未始动也。

付款之序及公允分例何如

吾之常法,为三十日之项目,约四成在签约,三成在第三节点(前端初版),三成在投产。或有开发者,求小项目五成预付,此理或通。然百成预付,或百成待成,皆非善策。前者使君遇遁者,后者使开发者受逡巡之主。

凡工程逾五十万卢比或六千美元,吾分四期偿付,而非三期,增设二阶付款之制。如此则资流可期,双方无虞,且于事初设自然节点,俾双方得陈疑虑,免积弊过甚。

书契中如何应对范围蔓延

吾之议书中,变更条款略如斯:

凡超乎第一章所界定之范围者,无论新制架构、新设页模、第三方融汇,抑或三里程碑后之设计更迭,皆须具书契而后工始。书契之值,计日而取,于次里程碑时结账。

此条款护我二人。客得可期之程,非惊人之账。我得有据可查,非三言两语之请,渐变于 Slack 之讯。Sanity 之项目,最常见之范围蔓延者:客于模式既定后,复请增博客;或于建设中途,引入产品配置器,需新文档之型。此二者皆非无理,惟需明定价码,细排日程耳。

拟议之中,当察其警示

若诸开发者之议策并呈,其察之要者何:

无预演之URL之承诺. 若议中言及预演之境,然无期日之示,则其人未详其部署之设。直询之:予当何时得预演之URL?

功绩系于时日,非系于成果。"初周:廿时开物",此言无义。功绩当标可睹之物——一URL,一文书,一部署之架构。

修订之策,漫漶不明。"修订在内",非策也。几轮为度?何谓修订,何谓更易之命?吾议定两轮质变,每轮汇单表呈。

无排除清单.提案若未明言何者不属范围,则隐含包罗万象。此乃₹3万之项目何以成₹6万之由.

俟客户满意而偿。 末款之付,系于主观之悦,而非定之成果若部署之实——此乃项目滞涩之由也。其成果当为客观:DNS指向新址,重定向返301,Lighthouse之评分逾所陈之阈。

签署之前,当询何事

受议于开发者之前,当有三问:若分道扬镳,此Sanity项目数据集归谁所有?(当归尔。)交接之程若何——得录影导览与书斋指南乎?发后支持可有常驻之选,其响应之期若何?

数据集之所属,于Sanity尤关紧要,盖因诸君之文墨,皆栖于Sanity之承载体也。项目之标识及数据集,当注册于诸君之组织Sanity账户,非开发者之账户也。此乃一分钟之配置决断,有开发者为图便利而略之。勿令其然。
