A standalone ingredient list for the Jollof Seasoning used in my Baked Jollof Rice recipe. The flavor is unique and earthy, and not too hot. I used it originally for rice and chicken. It works well as a general purpose spice, I’ve used it for pork, and turned it into a dipping sauce.
This recipe produces a large quantity of seasoning, make sure you have a large container for storage.
