
























After last week’s release of the first developer betas for the operating systems announced during the WWDC keynote, Apple is now releasing a new round of betas for its current software lineup. Here are the details.
Apple’s next major software cycle officially began last week with the release of the first developer betas for iOS 27, iPadOS 27, macOS 27 Golden Gate, watchOS 27, tvOS 27, and visionOS 27.

The first wave of 26.6 betas didn’t introduce many new features across Apple’s lineup, with the only notable change discovered so far being a new alert that appears when users try to block a contact after reaching the maximum limit.
It appears the 26.6 cycle will be mostly focused on bug fixes and performance improvements. That said, we are digging through the new releases and will report back if we find anything noteworthy.
