EXCLUSIVE: Digital creator firm Link Management has promoted Senior Talent Managers Julia Gosden and Sarah Halper to vice president roles. The elevation is a recognition of the pair’s leadership and contributions since joining the creator management company just one month after its founding last year.

The company currently represents more than 50 digital creators with a combined reach of over 60 million followers across lifestyle categories including beauty, lifestyle, fashion, motherhood, wellness, BookTok, and more. Since joining Link, Gosden and Halper have played key roles in building the business, strengthening client relationships and helping establish the company’s operational foundation, according to Link Management Managing Directors Alex Dochter and Brooke Meister.

In her new role, Halper’s responsibilities will include overseeing roster development and agency operations while continuing to represent creators across the lifestyle, beauty, fashion and wellness spaces, including Danielle Walter, Chloe Holladay, Julia Fittro, Morgan Peterson, Katy Johnson and Madison Svetz. Halper started her career in journalism before pivoting to influencer marketing and has worked for various talent management firms. Throughout her career, she has secured deals for her clients with major brands including Sephora, Nordstrom, Brilliant Earth, NARS Cosmetics, Patrick Ta Beauty, Fabletics, Free People, L’Oréal, YSL Beauty, Starbucks, Walmart, Paramount+ and more.

As Vice President, Gosden will oversee creator strategy and roster development while continuing to lead a roster of creators deeply rooted in the lifestyle space, including Alexa Hendricks, Anna Klem, Cass Spinelli, Jess Kinsey, Josslyn Abel and Kapri Lyons. Known for helping creators evolve their personal brands into sustainable businesses, she has brokered partnerships with major brands including Southwest, Aritzia, Abercrombie, Amazon, Haus Labs, L’Oréal, Pottery Barn Kids, Spotify, T-Mobile, and more. Gosden started her career as a talent coordinator rising to talent manager and most recently, senior talent manager at Link.

“Julia and Sarah have been instrumental to Link’s growth,” said Dochter and Meister. “Watching them develop into the leaders they are today has been incredibly rewarding. Their dedication to Link’s creators, commitment to excellence, and impact on our culture have helped shape Link into what it is today. We are immensely proud of all they have accomplished and are thrilled to recognize their hard work, growth, and leadership with these well-deserved promotions.”
