


























A full look at Peacock‘s upcoming adaptation of The Five Star Weekend has arrived.
The streamer revealed a trailer on Monday morning ahead of parent company NBCUniversal’s Upfront presentation. The trailer follows star and executive producer Jennifer Garner as Hollis Shaw, a well known food blogger and best-selling author. After she suffers the devastating loss of her husband, she gathers her best friends from all phases of life to help her grieve and move forward.
As the disparate group becomes closer, they all begin to lean on each other in ways they never expected. The series also stars D’Arcy Carden, Gemma Chan, Regina Hall, Harlow Jane and Timothy Olyphant. Additional cast includes Rob Huebel, David Denman, Josh Hamilton, West Duchovny, Judy Greer, Tory Devon Smith, Morrison Keddie, and Roberta Colindrez.

All eight episodes of the series, based on Elin Hildebrand’s novel of the same name, will now arrive on Peacock July 9, 2026.
Bekah Brunstetter created and wrote the series adaptation. Minkie Spiro directs. Alongside Garner, Brunstetter, and Spiro, Beth Schacter, Sue Naegle, Ali Krug, author Hilderbrand and Merri Howard serve as executive producers.
