And sometimes I even forgot what I promised a client two weeks earlier.
Nothing was technically broken. But everything felt chaotic.
That changed when I started using Claude Projects.
At first I thought it was just another AI chat tool. But after experimenting with it for a few weeks, I realized something important.
I could actually run most parts of my freelance workflow inside it.
Today a huge part of my freelance work happens there. Client communication planning. Project research. Content drafting. Even debugging code.
Let me show you exactly how I use it.
The first thing I do when I start working with a new client is simple. I create a new Claude Project.
Inside that project I upload everything related to the client.
