A small update to the LaTeX package for the TUGboat journal (https://tug.org/TUGboat). Noteworthy changes: 2.37 (2026-06-14) - \Thanh now uses the e-circumflex-acute (U+1EBF) character from the current font, if it's defined. If it's not defined, the acute is now typeset to the right of the circumflex, instead of vertically above it. - new abbreviations \MiKTeX, \TeXLive. - \abovedisplayskip and \belowdisplayskip reduced to be the same as \topsep (used above/below lists, verbatims, etc.), to avoid unequal spacing. - \acro now defined using \NewDocumentCommand, so that it is robust and can be used in titles even when tagging is active. ------ Articles for an upcoming issue are welcome at any time: an article template and information are at https://tug.org/TUGboat/location.html.
