The 2025 Nutrient Workflow User Conference in Pittsburgh was one for the books! We brought together customers, partners, and our team for a few incredible days filled with networking and hands-on learning. It was a true reflection of the strength of the Nutrient community.
This year, we took customer appreciation to the club level with a night at the ballpark. Attendees gathered at the Pittsburgh Pirates game for an evening of baseball, great company, and fun. It was the perfect backdrop to say thank you to our customers for their continued support and collaboration. Herbert Insights & Innovations(opens in a new tab) prepared a dynamic, hands-on session that quickly became a conference favorite. In “Sorting out success! Requirements and collaboration,” attendees participated in an interactive game that highlighted the critical elements of successful requirement gathering and planning. Teams worked together to solve complex problems based on evolving instructions — reflecting real-world challenges like unclear requirements, shifting priorities, and diverse stakeholder needs. It was a fun and powerful reminder of the importance of strong collaboration and communication in the face of shifting deliverables.

Not only did they co-sponsor the customer appreciation event, but they also sponsored a fantastic lunch during the conference. MathCraft(opens in a new tab) delivered an engaging and forward-looking presentation titled “Embedding Nutrient objects in custom workflow applications.” Attendees discovered how to extend Nutrient Workflow capabilities to provide a world-class end user experience. The session offered valuable insights for organizations looking to tailor their solutions and drive even greater impact with customized workflows.
One of the standout parts of the conference was our hands-on team building challenge. Customers were given a real-world business process and tasked with building a brand-new automated workflow from scratch using Nutrient Workflow. Throughout the conference, teams collaborated, strategized, and put their skills to the test, presenting their finished workflows at the end. It was a great way to see creativity and innovation in action across our user community.
A big congratulations to our team building challenge winners! Their solution impressed us all with its creativity, efficiency, and real-world application. It was exciting to see how each team tackled the challenge differently. It was also inspiring to see how much Nutrient Workflow can do in a short time.
We also held a special raffle at the end of the event — congratulations to Jae, who won free registration for next year’s Nutrient Workflow User Conference! We’re excited to have Jae join us again in 2026.
